Sprint has officially unveiled the Samsung i600 smartphone, a Windows Mobile 2003 clamshell (the first Windows Mobile unit for Sprint PCS, they say). Their website has it listing for $470 and it should be in stores next month. This is essentially the same phone released last year by Verizon, so don’t expect a whole lot to be different than that (or any other Windows Mobile unit, really).
One nice thing about the Sprint i600 is their new partnership with Audible.com to provide audiobooks that can be played back on the phone itself.
