Tradeoff between batery life and screen size is difficult one but I think Palm has made a good choice. I'll deal with smaller screen but not with 2hr talk time max.

No wifi I believe

Can someone explain why wifi is such a big deal? I've had a 650 for a couple years and I'm rarely in free wifi spots except when I'm at home. I get more use out of the $20/mo unlimited data on Cingular than I would from wifi on the phone.
