Well, technically MP3 is not an open format - to make a player or encoder that uses MP3 requires the permission of Thomson, which owns the rights to the standard. But yes, I suppose it's not a digital standard that easily allows for the limitations of rights like other formats.

The one things that kinda bums me out about this thing is that it has a headphone jack. If it's designed to be worn around your neck, why not replace the neckstrap with headphone cables and then break 'em out where they'd be close to a person's ears? Would make it a lot more subtle, and a lot more interesting. Lazy industrial designers with a wicked good idea. Shame, IMO. Gorgeous though, and I still want one.

Jeebus, i perfer calling him Jeevus, but burning my flesh is one thing it won't do, now a church, that might make me burt into flames, but as for this, i'll put the most unholy bands such as, ICP, Kid Rock (original), System of a Down, and many more, i'll be sure to make the old holy woman walking to the store faint when she finds out that i have "The game show" by ICP on my "IGOD" as DrD put it.
