I have to hand it to sony for providing countless visually orgasmic commercials. My alltime favorite being the incredibly well shot "Bouncy Ball" one, but this tops it.

The big, blue, plastic paint cans that made up the aerial bombs were deleted, and the red fountains on top of the building were touched up a bit. Overall, it looks great though. I'll have to read from the site just how "environmentally friendly" it was.

My parents (who live in Glasgow) were kind enough to send me some videos they made of this thing being filmed. Looks remarkably like the finished product (minus the music and amazing composition).

And the paint was scraped off, not washed off, during the cleanup (more details of this on the Bravia-Advert website).

I agree - download the HD version of the video from the Bravia-Advert site, it's well worth it.

The blocks were indeed intended for flattening, like so many in the area. These ones just got to have a brief flash of fame before getting trashed.

Oh, and Paradise - you're forgetting this was filmed in Scotland, where water tends to just fall out of the sky in a phenomenon known as 'rain'!
