Samsung has released the P207 on Cingular today, a black flip phone with EDGE capability. It's not all that exciting in general, but it does have one particularly interesting feature: a speech-to-text technology that lets you speak SMS messages and emails into the phone in lieu of typing them in. If that works well, that could be a fantastically useful feature.
