The highly anticipated update to the Sony Ericsson K610i is almost here, kind of. Some of the specs have leaked onto the intertubes. The K620i is rumored to have a very nice 3.2 megapixel camera and 100MB of internal memory included. The image here seems to suggest possibly dual cameras for a little video conferencing action. It is also quite sexy in its blue little outfit. We'll keep you posted on more info about this pretty panda as it comes our way.

Sorry to say, but at least the picture is fake as my friend's teeth. Similar pictures at http://www.mobilmania.cz/Bleskovky/AR.asp?ARI=114081 show that whoever did the manipulation, he forgot to change the K610i badge in the reflection.
the 'camera-like' portion at the top right of the phone is likely an ambient light sensor, similar to the ones found on W810i's and K600i's for the use with the Cybershot cameras on board. It's doubtless SE would unleash a dual-camera phone in a 'K' range just yet.
My first thought on the sample image on the screen was "Wow, that looks like an x-ray of a spine."
It'd be nice to have a phone that can actually store... anything. I've got like 6MB on my phone; my girlfriend's new phone has less than two.
What are you on about???
This image is a K610i photoshopped to blue to illustrate a new phone, as reported by other sites.
The K610i is a dual mode UTMS / GSM phone and the front camera is for video calls, so was the K600/K608i and also the K618! All have dual cameras.
wow that phone looks hot...
That camera-like portion is most likely a... camera. The K610i is a 3G handset with video calling - a 2-megapixel camera on the back for stills and a little one on the front when you're video calling [does anyone actually video call?]
The phone looks sweet, but it also looks just like a re-coloured k610i - I don't believe Sony would release two phones with identical shells. This is a photoshop job.
not to sound like a fanboy but Sony Ericsson W810i is one of the best phone in the market currently.
It's a 3G phone, so that camera-like thing is a camera for video calls on UTMS. K610 also has that.
If you like storage options grab a W-series SE phone. My old W600i has 256MB of on-board which continues to trounce most of what's available today.I wish more manufacturers would start using removable flash media. Not so much for the removable aspect but the for the upgradeable aspect.
again gizmodo, the k610 already had that camera, and yes its for "some video conferencing action" get your facts straight.
Those of us w/large hands/fingers find all these cool SE handsets impossible to use. I hope the iPhone has larger buttons.
