A 15-year-old girl has taken a step to beating New York City flashers with the help of her digital camera. A man who was flashing on the subway was identified when the girl snapped a picture of him—his face, not his junk. The NYPD has released the photo with hopes of catching the perpetrator.

Giovanni Rabisi?
I know who he is! http://us.imdb.com/name/nm0000610/
I thought John Lithgow was cooler than that.
I was thinking the exact same thing.
has happened once before: http://www.boingboing.net/2005/08/25/alleged_subway_wanke....
CRAZY UNCLE HOWIE!?!?! just kidding.
Dude, where'd ya get my photo? Did I win something?
I was thinking a shaven Jean Reno.
And yet the girl wasn't arrested for using her camera in the subway system.
Rask, why should she be? Photography isn't illegal in the NYC subway system.
They tried to pass the law that NYC subway photography was illegal, but it failed.
if ya would have caught me on the subway, you'd probably be laughing too hard to take a picture.
All I can say is GJ to the girl for snapping this pic. Next accessory/upgrade for the Motorola brand should be the Motorola Sczr
I noticed tha AP never actually says that this is a picture of the actual guy. We better hope that actually is the guy on AP's page cuz if it isn't, Web 2.0 is gonna get a call from his lawyers at Dewey, Cheatem, & Howe.
