VW iFox iPod enabled iClown iCar

1466.jpgThis tiny two-door hatchback reminds me of a clown car. Maybe it's the paint job. Or the marketing ploy, which is that it has a hookup for, and comes with, an iPod. The iFox is only available in AustraliaAustria for the time being and goes for 9,290 Euros which converts over to $11,094 U.S. dollars.

  • Goddamn this is an ugly car. It looks like a Passat mixed with a golf mixed with one of those ugly new small Chevy Aveo's. VW's gone steadily downhill in terms of design ever since 98. The new Golf looks like a Civic Si, the new Jetta has a terrible roof to windshield transition, and they keep putting those large and atrocious metal pieces on the front of their cars (and Audi's). Bring back the mothafreakin' Corrado already.

  • also, it's austria, not australia.

  • Keebler, this car was designed in Brazil by VW-Brasil, and was ment for the south american market, where it's been doing outstanding ever since it launched. It's a sale hit in almost all south america, and it's such a solid, cost effective and nice looking car, it's being now sold in Germany and Europe as "the True Volkswagen (People's Car)". I agree, it has no chance in the USA. It wasn't ment to, anyways. That's what Touaregs are for.

  • Maybe it does great down there... but I still say it's ugly.. as are the Touregs :P It may be practical and I respect it for that, but again, it just looks like an awkward combination of other cars in my opinion.

  • my Golf GTI V pisses all over this thing, and that Touareg.
